High CTI PBT

UL94 V-0 flame retardant (UL certified)non-blooming with good surface gloss. Goodheat resistance, mechanical strength, andweather resistance. Halogenated orhalogen-free options with high CTI(>500V)and excellent electrical insulation, especiallyin humid conditions. Can partially replacethermoset plastics (UP), offering an eco-friendly and cost-effective solution.

Modified PA Series
Key Features:
Wear-resistant and self-lubricating with high mechanical strength and impact resistance, offering excellent heat, chemical, and oil resistance; available in halogen-free flame-retardant grades, with glass fiber reinforcement providing enhanced dimensional stability and overall performance.

Thermal Conductive PA Series
Key Features:
Uniform heat dissipation to prevent hot spots and thermal deformation, lightweight (40–50% lighter than aluminum) with easy molding and no secondary processing required, high design flexibility with customizable appearance and color, available in both thermally conductive insulating and non-insulating grades, and compliant with UL94 V-0, RoHS, and REACH standards with stable color and high surface gloss.

Modified ABS Series
Key Features;
Opaque with strong colorability and excellent gloss finish, offering outstanding impact resistance that remains stable at low temperatures. Modified grades provide enhanced toughness, low-temperature resistance, UV resistance, high CTI, and high GWIT performance, meeting demanding electrical and structural application requirements.

Modified PC Series
Key Features:
Excellent mechanical properties combining high toughness and rigidity, with outstanding impact strength and ductile behavior, capable of achieving precise tolerances and stable dimensions over a wide range; good heat resistance (HDT 130–145°C, higher with glass fiber), stable electrical insulation and arc resistance, though with relatively low flowability and high moisture sensitivity requiring thorough drying before processing.

Modified PP Series
Key Features:
High tensile strength with low water absorption, relatively low surface hardness but excellent surface gloss, and good flexural fatigue resistance; after modification, surface hardness, heat resistance, and dimensional stability are significantly improved, making it suitable for a wide range of structural and functional applications.
