工程塑料注射成型过程中易出现的故障及排除建议:
缩孔

缩短浇道长度;
reduce runner length
加大喷嘴口径;

扩大浇口及流道;
increase gate and runner
降低料温,提高模温;

降低注射速度;
reduce injection speed
加大注射压力;

检查树脂是否干燥彻底;

检查有无污染物。

表面凹陷
